Jonathan Quick: Music Director
The choir is under the dynamic leadership of its Music Director Jonathan Quick. Appointed in 2004, Jonathan is a UBC graduate in voice, composition and conducting. He is a composer and arranger of music; is well known as a soloist with many groups: musica intima, the Vancouver Chamber Choir, Festival Vancouver Opera, Vancouver New and Early Music, and jazz quartet Voca Java; and is the Director of The Gallery Singers. His work with VWMC brings focus and musical excellence to the choir's culturally and vocationally diverse membership.
